Welcome to the Chineham Allotments website
Here you will find information about the best times to plant and harvest your fruit and vegetables, hints and tips on caring for your plot, and information to help you get to know your fellow tenants.
The website will also be used to let you know about any meetings, important decisions and general communications from the Chineham Allotment Team (CAT), which consists of a dozen tenants who have volunteered to help oversee and manage the allotment site.
We are all very excited about the new Chineham Allotments and hope that in addition to providing exercise, food and general enjoyment that they will help to strengthen our local community. With this in mind, at key points throughout each year we hope to plan a few social events to pull all the tenants together such as a Summer BBQ, Christmas party and possibly a Harvest Festival.
So please make a point of regularly visiting the website or reviewing the allotment notice board to make sure that you are up to date on the latest news and events.
